 On October 25, 2006, the NJ Supreme Court released its opinion in the case of Lewis v. Harris.  This symposium will take a critical look at the consequences and arguments of the Court’s landmark decision.

Morning Panel: Consequences of Lewis v. Harris

This panel focused on research concerning the legal impact of same-sex union recognition including family law, tax law, adoption law, and conflict of law concerns.
